GranQuartz Acquires Regent Stone Products

GranQuartz, a division of Pearlman Group and a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC (“The Stephens Group”), has acquired Regent Stone Products.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since 1992, Regent Stone Products has distributed stone fabrication and restoration tools and supplies. Based in Virginia Beach, VA, Regent has built a strong, loyal following with fabricators in the Mid-Atlantic region.
